TRAIN WITH GRIZ
Carson Grizovic, best known in the lacrosse community as GRIZ, has played lacrosse as an Attack for 9 years with 6 years of summer and fall travel play across the country. He will soon be heading to the Cleveland, Ohio region to play lacrosse and study Sport Management at Baldwin Wallace University.
Carson is a transitional offensive lacrosse athlete. His main position has been as an attack but he’s been found shifting the field based on the needs of the team in any given game.
Recruited by teams from across the country, spanning various levels, Carson made the decision that Baldwin Wallace University fit best with what he was looking for in a team and a college.
Before heading off in mid-August, Carson decided to spend these next 2-3 months working with athletes who hope to take their skills even further.
Depending on athlete’s skill level, training may include any or all of the following:
- Attack /Offense Skill training
- Lacrosse IQ
- Shooting technique
- Ball control
- Off ball movement and positioning
- Dodging
- Reading your opponent
The first session with any new prospect will include time for Carson to learn more about the athlete, their skills, and where he can work on making the most immediate impact. From there, Griz will create a plan to best build the player’s skill and knowledge.
Flexible Scheduling to fit your needs
Days, evenings, during the week, or on the weekends – discuss what works best and Carson will do his best to accommodate.
Reasonable per session fees with discounts if working with a friend
Carson will work one-on-one or with up to 3 athletes in a session, should athletes wish to buddy up. A discount will be applied for each session/athlete when additional athletes attend.

You pick a park convenient for you, or Carson can set the location. Locations further than 15 miles from 41042 may require a small travel charge. *There may be times that the “pick a park” option is not available.
